Hi there, I'm Rob Modestino! I graduated in 1989 from Wayne State University. I have worked as a pharmacist throughout Essex County since then.  I have lived in LaSalle for over 25 years and worked in town for more than 15 years. 

 

I have done lots of volunteer work in the community.  I have coached both girls soccer and hockey and still serve on the board of the Sun Parlour Female Hockey Association.  I served as their president for 5 years as well. I also served a ten year term on the board of the Windsor Essex County Health Unit.  7 of those 10 years were served on their executive.

 

On a professional level I have served as Chairman of the board for the Ontario Pharmacist Association as well as the President of the Essex County Pharmacist Association. For the past 20 years I have organized the Essex County Pharmacist's golf tournament which has raised money for various local charities. 

In June of 2018 I was named the 2018 Ontario Pharmacist of the year by the Ontario Pharmacists Association for my services and contributions.  It was a great honour to be chosen for this award by my peers.  That same year I received the Citizen's award from the Town of LaSalle.
